Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and demonstrate a strong foundation in data cleaning, preparation, and transformation. Experience leading or working independently on a data project end-to-end, showcasing skills in project management, problem-solving, and collaboration is preferred. Proficiency with statistical analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce CRM, Python, R, and SQL is also required.

Responsibilities

The Sales Analytics, Predictive Modeling Intern will create and deploy a predictive model to estimate opportunity size based on prospect information, identify and validate relevant variables, evaluate and tune the model using data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and automate model outputs. They will also contribute to developing and managing lead generation processes, learn and apply best practices in data analysis and data science, and demonstrate eagerness to learn and take initiative.
