Requirements
- A third-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, Business, or a trade certificate in an engineering discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience with a passion for developing people

- Champion compliance by ensuring all procedures, documentation, and standards are current and rigorously followed
- Drive continuous improvement through performance reviews, development plans, and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to uphold commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence
