Responsibilities

Inspire and empower a team of Process Leaders to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality products
Own the production floor—plan and execute daily operations to meet ambitious volume targets and customer expectations
Solve complex challenges in real time, keeping equipment and processes running smoothly and efficiently
Champion compliance by ensuring all procedures, documentation, and standards are current and rigorously followed
Drive continuous improvement through performance reviews, development plans, and lean manufacturing initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to uphold commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence
Report directly to the Manufacturing Manager
