Proven experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical field, preferably with complex electronic or mechanical systems. Proficiency in proper soldering techniques for electrical and mechanical applications is required. A strong understanding and practical application of various fastening methods, including screw installation and torque control, are necessary. Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship are essential. The role demands frequent physical activity, including precise hand movements and prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

Perform precise assembly and integration of complex aircraft systems and sub-systems, executing accurate soldering techniques and applying correct screw installation methods with appropriate torque requirements. Utilize Loctite and other bonding agents appropriately, and program aircraft systems to ensure proper functionality before testing. Conduct basic flight maneuvers to test assembled aircraft systems and confirm operational integrity, while identifying and diagnosing issues arising from the assembly process and initiating corrective actions. Consistently produce assemblies with an exceptional level of precision, adhere strictly to all aircraft assembly safety procedures, and maintain a secure, organized workspace. Efficiently manage time and resources to meet production targets, documenting assembly procedures, testing results, and diagnostic findings accurately.
