The MSO Manager is responsible for contributing to business growth by creating and maintaining client relationships, gathering and synthesizing client inputs, identifying key areas of opportunity, organizing and aligning the organization around a clearly defined vision, and ultimately delivering results. They manage all client communications, including weekly status updates, ongoing email discussions, and deliverable presentations, as well as coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure project completion.
