Requirements

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in sales and sales enablement, with a strong understanding of the sales process and experience in the Financial Services/Fintech industry. Proven experience driving Go-To-Market efficiency using AI, with concrete examples of leading AI adoption for results, is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, along with familiarity with sales enablement tools, technologies, CRM systems, and content management systems.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Sales Enablement will develop and execute sales enablement strategies, define and document the core sales methodology, and design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding and ongoing coaching. This role involves creating and managing sales content such as playbooks and case studies, collaborating with marketing, product, and sales leadership, and providing ongoing support and feedback to the sales team. Additionally, the position spearheads the integration of AI into sales and customer success processes for automation and efficiency, contributes to sales technology needs, and stays current with AI industry trends and best practices in sales enablement.
