Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Statistical Methodologist will lead the development and application of innovative statistical methodologies to enhance research efficiency and decision-making, provide strategic direction to internal scientific working groups, collaborate with program team statisticians to apply adaptive designs, contribute to AI/ML strategy within R&D, develop and apply advanced multiple testing approaches, utilize causal inference techniques, mentor and guide a team of statisticians and epidemiologists, communicate complex statistical concepts effectively, and represent the organization in cross-industry initiatives.
