Candidates should have 6 to 8 years of leadership experience in a fast-growing high technology company, with a proven track record of leading high performing pipeline generation and closing organizations. They should possess strong skills in attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent, along with a data-driven and analytical mindset. A collaborative and innovative approach is essential, as well as a deep understanding of predictable revenue models and sales development practices.
The Sales Development Manager will scale and manage a high-performing team of SDRs to consistently exceed aggressive goals and prepare them for future roles as Account Executives. They will own and drive execution of new business pipeline goals by analyzing top of the funnel metrics and pipeline quality. The manager will shape partnerships with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to optimize campaigns and ensure team effectiveness, while also attracting and developing world-class SDR talent.
