Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, with 1-2 years of related experience, or 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience. They should demonstrate strong organizational, program management, and time management skills, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with diverse, cross-functional global teams is a plus, and familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations, particularly ECCN classifications such as 9A515, is preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Strategic Program Manager, you will work alongside enterprises and startups to accelerate product launches while maintaining quality standards, collaborating with Sales, C&DFM, Quality, and Logistics teams to keep projects on track and aligned with customer expectations. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, maintain accurate program status, apply knowledge of operations to identify process gaps, collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency, track milestones, support customer change requests, and contribute to continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will support customer onsites, team meetings, trade shows, and conferences, and maintain and contribute to the QMS.
