They must have experience solving complex, ambiguous problems, working with and presenting information to business and technical stakeholders, and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also required. Management consulting or B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
This role involves supporting the Director of GTM and AI Strategy in shaping and documenting AI and tech strategy for Sales, Partner, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include assessing opportunities to deploy AI by running innovation workshops and developing business cases, conducting analyses to determine the value created by technology and AI use cases, and making recommendations to increase impact. The role also entails developing executive-level presentations, conducting interviews and research to define the AI and technology playbook, and improving operating and governance models between business, product, and technical stakeholders.
