Requirements

  • Product creation and/or merchandising experience, with a strong emphasis on product strategy
  • Run one fully integrated operations offense (cross-functionally & end-to-end) with Code as the operational spine that enables Nike to consistently win together and deliver excellence for our consumers (e.g. Merch, Marketing, Marketplace development, planning, Insights)
  • Develop holistic capabilities that integrate people, process, tools and data to continually redefine operational excellence
  • Knowledge of the GC consumer from performance to lifestyle and Mens/Womens/Kids/Jordan with experience of market travel/consumer interaction

  • Set up seasonal dates + gates for team; calendar alignment + broadcast
  • Build + upkeep seasonal tools
  • Liaison w/ Geo Merch Ops + Global/Jordan FW + AP Product, FOP, + Design Ops
  • Set up team
  • Process Initiatives: Built AP Line Plan Tool (and updated FW) – built training deck + led trainings for our GC Consumer Merch team to leverage the new tools
  • Set up new pre-season strategic runway (in partnership with GM) – identifying market travel windows, GCEL Seasonal LT Kickoff, key LT Alignments w/ Merch, and socialization to the teams to better educate, align, and prepare for each season
  • Built FW + AP Seasonal Calendar in Miro for integration and visibility across FW + AP
  • Built Evergreen Advanced Creation/Collaborator FW + AP Process
  • Drove GCEL 101 deck + training to educate team + partners on GCEL strategy, team, capabilities, and process
  • Up ahead – stabilize Speed track T120/T80 processes to better integrate with each other and key Merch inputs/GCEL product outputs for all Geo visibility + adoption
  • Chief of Staff: Run point for GM Weekly X-Functional LT Meeting – align agenda, drive meeting
  • Drive execution (in partnership w/ GM) of Quarterly All-Hands
  • Drive execution (in partnership w/ GM) of LT Onsites
  • Set up and drive pre-alignments in preparation for larger alignment conversations
  • Set up + drive Ops/GM workshops to drive new initiatives forwards (get input/POV from GM prior to doing the legwork needed to set up new processes, initiatives, etc)
