Requirements

  • BS in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience in implementing and supporting IT systems focused on manufacturing
  • MES / MOM knowledge and experience of implementation
  • Project management experience, including waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Organizational change management experience
  • Proven experience facilitating Design Thinking workshops (e.g., Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test) with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights for different user segments
  • Ability to work in a global, matrix organization with cross-functional, virtual teams
  • High collaboration, influence, discipline, strong communication skills, and innovation
  • Strategic and tactical thinking: Ability to deliver tactical projects while anticipating issues and thinking strategically

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to generate ideas, prioritize, and identify a pipeline of digital/automation initiatives supporting US OPS Transformation
  • Incorporate contemporary architectural techniques and follow continuous delivery methodologies to achieve business outcomes
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business functions, focusing on developing and implementing digital, automation, and AI capabilities
  • Participate in Business Case development, define Project Charters, and develop Blueprints/Process Models and Statements of Requirements for digital and automation initiatives
  • Lead teams through testing, training, and deployment of new digital solutions
  • Actively participate in regional business strategy development with Manufacturing engineering and Automation leaders
  • Collaborate with Regional ME and Operation excellence leaders to build and maintain a Digital/Automation capability roadmap, introducing new digital, automation, and AI capabilities/products
  • Develop a digital/smart manufacturing strategy and roadmap to meet regional business needs
  • Maintain a portfolio backlog with investment plans and financial cases
  • Act as a leader, coach, mentor, and advocate for digital transformation, facilitating operating model change and driving transformation
  • Build strong relationships with peers and collaborate to develop a new digital IT product-based operating model
