Candidates must have a proven record of leading successful sales operations, either in the field or in digital sales of reasonable size. The ideal candidate will be an encouraging leader capable of building, developing, and motivating a high-performing team, possessing strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and a deep understanding of Adobe products and services, including their features, benefits, prices, and additional services. Experience in leading a team of digital sellers and driving performance is essential.
The Manager - India Greenfield will lead a team of digital sellers, coaching, mentoring, and motivating them to achieve sales goals and critical metrics across the North American territory. Responsibilities include driving high performance, role-modeling Adobe values, and building product knowledge within the team. They will develop coaching strategies to help the team identify customer needs and effectively pitch relevant product benefits. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Units, and Corporate Retention teams to source campaigns and marketing leads is also a key duty, along with analyzing business goals, customer, and agent data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
