The Senior Associate, Client Delivery will lead high-volume client implementations, manage project timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for client status updates and issue resolution. This role involves defining and executing implementation plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences, monitoring performance against KPIs, and continuously improving implementation processes. Responsibilities also include identifying and resolving roadblocks, proposing scalable solutions, and maintaining implementation documentation and best practices.
