Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in digital, digital video/TV, or media-focused data businesses, with a BA/BS in communications, data analytics, social sciences, or a related field. A strong understanding of data and systems for matching datasets to demonstrate performance-based response to advertising, including methodologies for brand effectiveness and attribution/ROI, is required. Comprehensive knowledge of the media business and excellent presentation and writing skills are essential. SQL experience is a plus.
The Manager, Data Outcomes & Attribution will lead analysts and manage projects to demonstrate the effectiveness of Disney as an advertising platform. This includes overseeing consultation conversations with clients, designing measurement strategies, and presenting new concepts. The role involves collaborating with data providers and internal teams to design research that attributes consumer behavior to ad exposure on Disney properties, creating and marketing case studies, and building reports for sellers. Additionally, the position requires scoping custom analyses to position Disney as a thought leader in innovative research and educating sales teams on full-funnel measurement solutions.
