Ability to influence measurement strategy, operational processes, and marketing decision-making across GM is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team of data scientists focused on answering critical business questions across Digital Web, Owned Media, Paid Media, and Earned Media. Shape how GM understands the digital consumer journey by delivering data science solutions that drive real-time marketing decisions and long-term strategy. Translate strategies into clear direction for the team, reprioritizing and reallocating resources as appropriate based on changing business needs. Develop plans for people resources and ensure team members are continuing to grow their skills and competencies. Engage with subordinate supervisors, customers, and professionals to address issues spanning multiple sections and units. Adapt communication style and use persuasion to convince others to accept new ideas, approaches, concepts, or practices. Shape the data science vision for marketing effectiveness across Digital Web, Owned, Paid, and Earned Media. Drive strategy and implementation of large projects impacting multiple departments.
