Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 4–7 years of experience in social media strategy and/or community building for a high-growth consumer brand (CPG experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to develop and execute social strategies that integrate organic and paid initiatives, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business results
  • Experience managing agencies and/or cross-functional partners effectively
  • Analytical rigor, creative insight, and passion for community to drive measurable brand growth and cultural relevance
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including organic and paid strategy
  • Ability to analyze cultural trends, competitor activity, and performance data to generate actionable insights
  • Experience in defining and tracking success metrics that measure impact beyond follower growth, emphasizing brand relevance, engagement quality, and conversion
  • Ability to establish feedback loops between the community and internal teams (Marketing, Product, CX) to ensure customer insights inform strategy and decision-making
  • Experience in building and managing long-term influencer and creator strategies centered on authenticity, brand alignment, and meaningful partnerships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with agencies, creators, and ambassadors
  • Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Own the organic and paid social strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching brand and growth objectives
  • Manage social media agency partners as needed to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives
  • Identify and structure brand collaborations and partnerships, integrating them into social storytelling to maximize reach and business impact
  • Analyze cultural trends, competitor activity, and performance data to generate actionable insights, translating them into strategic recommendations that guide marketing strategy and mix
  • Define and track success metrics that measure impact beyond follower growth, emphasizing brand relevance, engagement quality, and conversion
  • Develop and implement a community engagement strategy that connects campaigns with customer voices and amplifies brand messaging
  • Equip ambassadors, creators, and loyalists with the resources and assets that make it easy—and exciting—for them to authentically champion Botanic Tonics
  • Establish feedback loops between the community and internal teams (Marketing, Product, CX) to ensure customer insights inform strategy and decision-making
  • Build a long-term influencer and creator strategy centered on authenticity, brand alignment, and meaningful partnerships
  • Manage influencer relationships strategically, from selection and tiering to contracting, content rights, and campaign measurement
  • Create scalable playbooks that enable creators and ambassadors to complement in-house content and expand brand reach into new communities
