Responsibilities

  • Executive Presentations & Pitch Deck Development
  • Develop compelling, data-driven presentations and pitch decks for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into presentations
  • Create visually engaging, brand-aligned slides using PowerPoint (or similar tools)
  • Project Management & Oversight
  • Lead and/or oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, resource allocation, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Meeting Planning & Run-of-Show Coordination
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for high-profile meetings, workshops, and events
  • Develop detailed run-of-show documents outlining timing, speaker transitions, content flow, technology requirements, and contingency plans
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure flawless execution
  • Organizational Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Partner with business leaders to diagnose organizational "pain points."
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify organizational "pain points."
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize organizational effectiveness
