Experience building advanced financial models, investment evaluation approaches, and proficiency with Excel and presentation tools are essential. A deep interest in the media landscape, particularly subscription-based and local journalism models, along with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset are required. A Master's degree and experience with investments or M&A transactions in relevant sectors are preferred.
The Manager, Corporate Development will map the competitive landscape of media companies, develop and maintain a pipeline of acquisition targets, and track market trends.
