Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Client Strategy Associate, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key brand and retail clients, leveraging product expertise to drive value and user engagement, and advocating for client needs across various departments. You will also support the development of account growth strategies, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to building best-in-class practices within the Retail and Brands team, collaborating closely with Account Executives and Solutions partners to ensure client success and favorable renewals.
