The Manager – Business Systems, Post Sales will lead and manage a team of Solution Architects and Administrators, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management. They will own the post-sales systems roadmap, focusing on Salesforce Service Cloud and related systems, and translate business strategy into scalable system solutions. The role involves driving the delivery of high-impact projects, establishing best practices for system architecture and governance, collaborating with post-sales stakeholders, monitoring system performance, and managing vendor relationships.
