Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary administrator for Fetch’s Salesforce instance and Salesforce data
  • Customize and administer Salesforce org, focusing on standard and custom configuration (objects, fields, reports, dashboards, automation with flows)
  • Support cross-functional teams by gathering requirements and building solutions that enhance system efficiency
  • Provide guidance on basic to intermediate Salesforce functionalities, answering system-related questions from users and assisting in Support channel
  • Work independently across cross-functional teams to demonstrate features, help solve problems, and automate processes to reduce manual work
  • Design custom objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and implement automation via flows
  • Partner with leadership to ensure Salesforce aligns with business goals and reporting requirements
  • Assist in translating team requirements into Salesforce configurations and user stories
  • Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce and other platforms, with support from senior team members as needed
  • Build internal relationships to proactively address issues and improve user experience
  • Provide top-notch service when addressing user questions
  • Manage cross-functional projects from start to finish
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to enhance efficiency in Salesforce or other third-party tools
  • Alongside the team, manage third-party integrations with revenue operations tools (Groove, ZoomInfo, Snowflake, Winmo, Gong, Hubspot, Ironclad, Outreach, etc.)
