Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analyst or Sr. Business Systems Analyst role
  • At least 4 years of Salesforce experience
  • Strong understanding of partner business processes and best practices
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and middleware tools
  • Solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes
  • Understanding of revenue recognition and billing systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform, ecosystem, and best-practices
  • Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred but not required
  • Ability to work remotely (LI-REMOTE)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap
  • Coordinate and execute Commerce projects and enhancements
  • Provide excellent partner experience
  • Collect requirements, evaluate options, and design and deliver quality solutions
  • Provide solutions for complex business problems within the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) ecosystem
  • Measure success of initiatives based on the metrics defined
  • As a scrum master, own the JIRA board and host daily scrum calls with Salesforce engineering team
  • Track status and discuss blockers with Salesforce engineering team
  • Own functional tasks and deliverables, including process definition, requirements gathering, vendor selection, fit/gap analysis, functional design, training, reporting, and continuous improvement of business applications
  • Create and maintain project, application, and requirement documents
  • Drive adoption and alignment across the company's business processes and systems
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of Commerce automations across SFDC and integrated systems
  • Recommend best practices while delivering scalable high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with Salesforce engineering team to implement and optimize systems and applications
  • Participate in daily scrum calls and JIRA board to track status and discuss blockers
