The Manager, Business Development will be responsible for delivering revenue and driving growth for the Antibody Discovery services portfolio in North America. This includes achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets, developing and implementing hiring and training plans, and creating sales strategies to grow the product portfolio. The role requires delivering accurate forecasts, managing key customer relationships, developing supply agreements, and representing the company at trade shows. Additionally, the manager will maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, provide customer feedback, introduce new product ideas, manage the Antibody Discovery Sales team's performance, and support team member development. Travel is required approximately 50% domestically in the US, with limited international travel possible.
