Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in eDiscovery, data governance or related fields
  • Strong understanding of EDRM framework and eDiscovery lifecycle
  • Demonstrated experience collecting data from enterprise platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, Box)
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Experience with forensic acquisition/imaging tools (e.g. Cellebrite, FTK, EnCase)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python)
  • Experience with cloud-based eDiscovery platforms (e.g. RelOne)
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX
  • Background in cybersecurity or digital forensics
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Forensics or a related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform remote eDiscovery data collections with occasional travel for onsite imaging projects
  • Design and implement defensible collection strategies across various data sources
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a data catalog and evidence management system
  • Research and evaluate emerging eDiscovery technologies and methodologies
  • Maintain strict data hygiene and chain of custody protocols for all evidence
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities within eDiscovery workflows
  • Develop and optimize alerting mechanisms for eDiscovery operations
  • Create comprehensive documentation and standardized operating procedures
  • Collaborate with legal and IT teams on complex data preservation matters
