Responsibilities
- Assists the Mammoth Black Manager and all related functions of the Mammoth Black program
- Represents Mammoth Black in solving member requests and delivering exceptional service
- Acts as the point of contact for members and helps manage reservations for everything at Mammoth, including but not limited to, transportation, lodging, dining, ski & snowboard school, demos, Parallax, and access to special events and activities
- Attends to the Mammoth Black Lounge daily
