Requirements

The Professional Education Relations Associate must have clinical and professional expertise in professional education program design and execution, with the ability to identify and uncover new training needs and gaps from sales, marketing leaders, and Key Opinion Leaders. This role requires strong relationship-building skills with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) at all levels, including physicians, allied professionals, and hospital administration. Approximately 75% domestic and global travel is required.

Responsibilities

The Professional Education Relations Associate will contribute to the strategy and tactical design and delivery of education programs, developing and maintaining content for engagements. Responsibilities include identifying subject matter experts, managing KOL relationships and speaker bureaus, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback. The associate will also lead the delivery of training programs as a facilitator, ensure positive customer experiences, partner with launch and fellows programs, and identify methods to evaluate the impact of education programs.
