Responsibilities

  • Handle all submissions to keep items safe and secure
  • Receive and process submissions at the shop
  • Prioritize responsibilities during submission center hours
  • Organize and process orders by service level and expedite orders as necessary
  • Support the PSA/DNA team and work with the shop management for events
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues
  • Actively solicit business in the shop
  • Provide weekly updates on submission center performance
  • Work closely with management and the hobby shop team to improve processes and drive revenue
  • Look for ways to improve processes and the overall customer experience
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve outstanding concerns in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Package and ship submissions to headquarters
  • Report to the Customer Experience Supervisor
  • Work at hobby shops in Southern California and other events 3-5 days a week with heavy weekend work
