Responsibilities

Handle all submissions to keep items safe and secure
Receive and process submissions at the shop
Prioritize responsibilities during submission center hours
Organize and process orders by service level and expedite orders as necessary
Support the PSA/DNA team and work with the shop management for events
Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues
Actively solicit business in the shop
Provide weekly updates on submission center performance
Work closely with management and the hobby shop team to improve processes and drive revenue
Look for ways to improve processes and the overall customer experience
Answer customer inquiries and resolve outstanding concerns in-person, over the phone, and through email
Package and ship submissions to headquarters
Report to the Customer Experience Supervisor
Work at hobby shops in Southern California and other events 3-5 days a week with heavy weekend work
