Requirements

  • Advanced experience in Services & Customer Service Management (knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience for roles outside USA)

  • Established project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area
  • Maintain knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and represent the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer
  • Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area
  • Hire and develop talent, including direct people management responsibility such as staffing and performance development
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy
  • Use knowledge of best practices, integration with other areas, competition, and differentiating market factors
  • Use judgment to propose different solutions outside of set parameters for complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements, explain information, and develop skills to bring team members to consensus
  • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues
  • Manage departmental operations planning/execution or focus on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline, with some autonomy guided by policies or review of end results, allowing modification of procedures as long as end results meet standards
