Requirements

  • Ability to sell the entire line of ADC Products to regional market-based government accounts (e.g., Federal Government Medical Centers including Dept of Defense MTFs, VA Medical Centers, Indian Health Tribes, Public Health agencies, and Payors)
  • Experience in developing new business with Health Care Providers, achieving market access regionally and locally, and growing existing customer base sales
  • Skills in determining customer needs, developing account-specific strategies, creating customer commitment to change, and implementing conversion (training and startup) upon close
  • Willingness to travel weekly for appointments with top target facilities (HCPs, Pharmacy Administration)
  • Ability to work remotely in the specified territory: CO, WY, NE, NM, Las Vegas, NV
  • Capability to assess business impact of contracting opportunities, including profitability, sales, and margin effects
  • Responsibility for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system
