The starting pay rate is up to $39.35 per hour, not including shift premium, and is based on experience.
The position follows a 2-2-3 schedule from 7:00pm to 7:30am, with training on 1st shift for a minimum of 2 weeks or more. Overtime, weekends, early starts, or staying late may be required based on production demands.
Minimum 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience is required, along with mechanical and electrical repair knowledge, experience with conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware and ladder logic, understanding of motor control circuitry like VFDs and soft starts, and knowledge of 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits.

PLC troubleshooting experience is preferred.
