Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Possess a valid driver's license with a history of a good driving record
Flexibility to relocate within the United States upon completion of the 12-month Apprentice Program, if applicable
Professional capacities in communication, self-motivation, collaborative and independent work, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree or higher education preferred in engineering such as Chemical, Bio-medical, Mechanical, or Electrical
Customer Service experience
Student leadership experience and/or academic project work

Responsibilities

Participate in a 12-month hands-on “Apprentice” Training Program
Work alongside expert Field Service Engineers to evaluate and perform planned maintenance inspections
Build positive customer relationships, better understand customer needs, and provide additional service solutions
Document repair actions and timely reporting
Maintain an approved parts inventory
Handle spare parts, tools, and test equipment, ensuring calibration
Participate in training, mentoring, and shadowing opportunities
Align with Environment Health and Safety requirements
