Responsibilities

  • Serve as the driving force behind the implementation of the maintenance work schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed with high quality and efficiency
  • Act as the primary liaison between production supervision and the maintenance department to facilitate communication and coordinate improvement initiatives
  • Oversee and coordinate plant maintenance requirements to achieve necessary upgrades, modifications, and repairs in partnership with planning and scheduling teams
  • Utilize data analytics to assess equipment failure models and mean time between failures (MTBF), recommending improvements that reduce or eliminate equipment and process failures
  • Manage maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement to align with evolving operational demands
  • Implement fail-safe mechanisms to capture maintenance work order data regularly, promoting a systematic approach toward maintenance service delivery
