A strong understanding of local and international labor laws related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management is essential, along with proven experience in implementing end-to-end time off and attendance policies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment are required. Proficiency in another language is a plus.
The Time & Attendance Specialist will contribute to developing and maintaining up-to-date, efficient, and compliant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Time & Attendance. They will act as a subject matter expert, addressing internal and external queries and providing guidance on Time & Attendance issues. This role involves gathering feedback to enhance the employee journey, meticulously managing employee data with a focus on security and confidentiality, and supporting reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will champion Remote's values and contribute to the Lifecycle team's goals.
