Responsibilities

As a Leave Specialist, you will drive success through initial customer kickoff, providing a supportive and personalized end-to-end leave of absence experience, managing leave of absence from start to finish, actively participating in team meetings to provide feedback and solutions, communicating and collaborating with employees on leave and various internal and external parties, partnering with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payments, and collecting and sharing product feedback to build a better product by evaluating impact and implementing process improvements.
