Role Description

The Legal Counsel typically has a minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience, with at least 1+ years as a Junior Legal Counsel or similar roles. They are primarily responsible for:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and editing immigration petitions, applications, and other legal documents.
  • Providing support to clients for immigration-related questions or concerns through all available communication channels.
  • Offering industry-leading experience to clients by providing legal support (including consular support) and strategy from the initial kick-off call through petition filing.
  • Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the organization on immigration matters.
  • Ensuring and maintaining compliance in accordance with relevant immigration laws and regulations in the assigned country.
