The role demands excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, and an aptitude for process innovation and optimization. Familiarity with communication, documentation, and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite is necessary. Experience working in a remote setting or hyper-growth start-up culture is a plus.
