Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience with talent life cycles, learning tech systems design, and people experience design. They should also possess experience in benefits administration and change management, familiarity with open enrollment processes and benefits systems like Workday, and an understanding of human resources laws and compliance best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, and basic AI tools is required, along with strong understanding of AI ecosystems for learning design and development. Candidates must demonstrate sensitivity to diverse populations, a commitment to organizational values, good judgment, flexibility, patience, and discretion with confidential matters. They also need the capacity for frequent visual or auditory communication and listening, as well as the ability to utilize computers and telephones to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

The contractor will be responsible for planning and executing open enrollment, including developing project timelines, coordinating logistics for enrollment events, and supporting the development of employee communications, FAQs, and benefits education materials. They will also support vendor implementation by tracking milestones, coordinating with vendor contacts, assisting with data validation and system integration, documenting workflows, and supporting internal stakeholder communications and training. Additionally, the role involves helping to design and execute change management strategies, monitoring employee feedback, assisting with issue resolution, and contributing to post-enrollment evaluation and reporting.
