Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 3 years in instructional design or learning content development. A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience is required, and proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, video/audio editing, and SCORM production is essential. Experience in marketing or customer training, a customer-first mindset, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Instructional Design Specialist will create and improve customer education through innovative learning solutions, designing across multiple modalities like eLearning and just-in-time performance support. They will lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, manage and enhance the LMS, and collaborate with stakeholders to align training with organizational goals. The role also involves staying current with learning technologies and instructional design practices to enhance training effectiveness.
