Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in event marketing, event management, or related roles. Proven ability to design and execute high-quality, large-scale events is essential. Strong organizational and project management skills, comfort with senior stakeholder management, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong negotiation skills are required. Knowledge of event technology is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Event Manager will support the development of the event strategy and calendar, plan and execute events with exceptional production quality in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, and define agendas and programming for events. This role involves identifying and curating keynote speakers, panelists, and special guests, as well as defining and tracking KPIs and success metrics for all events to support continuous improvement.
