Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience coordinating events, preferably within SaaS. They must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple in-person events at different stages of their lifecycle and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with event tools like Zoom Webinar, Swoogo, and Asana is required, along with a willingness to travel up to 1-2 times per quarter for on-site support. Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

The Events Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating logistics for in-person events, including catering, A/V, facilities, and swag, as well as sourcing and managing vendors. They will also attend and support events on-site, assist with planning and executing webinars, and manage event communications through drafting and deploying invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups. This role involves scheduling prep calls, overseeing stakeholder communications, tracking and reporting on event performance, and providing recommendations for future event optimization.
