Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience managing learning and development projects, leading client engagements, or a strong track record in client-facing roles within SaaS or customer success. Fluency in French and English (US/UK) at a B2 level or equivalent is required, with proficiency in German being a significant advantage. Strong listening and teaching skills, clear and concise written and oral communication, proactivity, curiosity, and an appetite for digital tools and processes are also essential.
Learning Consultants partner with clients to transform their approach to corporate learning by reshaping its design, delivery, and scaling. They help clients maximize their collaborative learning platform through content strategy, adoption, and best practices, often leading workshops and consulting projects during onboarding and guiding solution add-ons for smooth launches and lasting impact. Responsibilities include completing onboarding, understanding team collaboration, learning product offerings, hosting customer workshops, managing implementation and consulting projects, contributing to the internal knowledge base, leading complex workshops, preparing high-stakes workshops for enterprise customers, mastering advanced platform features, participating in discovery sessions with Product Managers, developing scripts and resources for new services, representing the team as a subject matter expert, and mentoring new team members.
