Requirements

Candidates should have 6-8 years of Solution Engineering experience, with excellent soft skills, presentation abilities, and proven capability to work on cross-functional teams. Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills are essential, along with demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience selling SaaS products to SLED/Manufacturing customers or ITSM platforms is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Lead Solution Engineer will collaborate with Enterprise customers to identify and address critical business challenges, and support the sales team by conducting discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, building and presenting compelling product demonstrations, articulating the value of Freshworks solutions to diverse audiences, embracing lifelong learning, and evangelizing the user experience of the Freshworks platform.
