Design, develop, and operate technology solutions for a Marketing or Product Organization. Coordinate cross-functional teams to define strategy, technical roadmaps, and business cases for new applications and enhancements. Serve as the voice of the customer, providing subject matter expertise on marketing technology platforms, CX solutions, and billing systems. Lead technical projects using Agile methodology, including planning, execution, Epic creation, and User Story development. Define requirements, document, create user stories, execute test cases for production validation, and interact with users for system requirements and modifications. Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams, manage system settings, plan and execute testing, and prepare channel readiness documentation.
