Requirements

Candidates should possess a four-year degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of experience and education, along with 5+ years of experience managing teams of developers and 10+ years of experience in a consulting or legal environment. They should have deep experience and knowledge in a variety of development technologies and software platforms, including Elite 3E, Microsoft SQL Server, .Net framework, OData and RESTful APIs, and deep experience writing Microsoft SQL Server queries and stored procedures. Furthermore, candidates must have deep experience and knowledge of cloud computing solutions and architecture, along with experience related to project planning and execution and understanding of Power Automate or other low code workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

The Director of Finance Systems Technology will be responsible for client management and delivery success, establishing strategy for technical delivery and identifying growth opportunities, accountable for adherence to best practices and standards, managing teams of developers, cultivating new talent and managing career paths, and managing team schedules and utilization levels. They will also work closely with solution architects, developers, analysts, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements, utilizing strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate with individuals at all levels, and potentially requiring minimal travel as business needs dictate.
