ResortPass is redefining hospitality by offering day access to luxury hotel experiences. We’re seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead growth and optimization efforts for our Marketplace site and mobile apps, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will partner with marketing to identify new customer acquisition channels, research and implement growth opportunities, and measure impact. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, analytically minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment. This role reports into the VP of Product and collaborates closely with design and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Seasoned Product Manager with experience in growth and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and experimentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing).
  • Passionate about customer-centric product development.
  • Located in or near the NYC area.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, marketing, and cross-functional teams to build features optimized for growth.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the growth strategy and roadmap in partnership with VPs of Product and Marketing.
  • Deeply understand customers through dogfooding, data analysis, and qualitative research.
  • Run continuous experiments to uncover insights and drive product improvements.
  • Manage standups, sprint processes, and high-level communication with leadership.
  • Ensure tracking is in place to measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Interact with the CEO, VP of Marketing, and other senior leaders.
