Responsibilities

As a Lead Product Manager, Growth at ResortPass, you will own the growth experimentation roadmap, partnering with marketing to identify and implement new growth opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build features optimized for acquisition, engagement, and retention, leading the planning, execution, and delivery of the growth strategy, and continuously iterating on the product experience through data analysis and customer research. You will also manage standups, sprint processes, and communicate with leadership, and drive business value through rigorous metrics definition and measurement.
