Candidates must possess at least 12 years of Product Management experience, with significant time spent owning growth or activation for consumer or prosumer mobile products. Deep expertise in experimentation, including hypothesis generation, design, instrumentation, and analysis, is required, along with comfort in statistics and tradeoffs. Strong product sense and UX skills for conversational and mobile flows are essential, as is experience shipping AI product features using LLMs, agents, or automations that replaced or augmented manual workflows.
The Director of Product Management, Growth will own the end-to-end member activation and enrollment funnel, from first touch to enrollment, and ship an agent-driven onboarding experience. Responsibilities include crafting the vision and strategy for activation and enrollment, defining north-star and guardrail metrics, and shipping agent-led experiences by designing voice, chat flows, prompts, policies, and human handoffs. They will also design the experiment machine by ideating, prioritizing, and running experiments, and specify requirements clearly through PRDs/1-pagers and user stories. This role involves cross-functional execution with Marketing, Operations, Design, Data, and Engineering, as well as coaching and upleveling other PMs to raise the bar on product thinking, execution speed, and data rigor.
