Requirements

  • 1~3 years’ working experience in Logistics or business planning (preferred)
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced level proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Efficient and effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
  • Problem solving and storytelling through critical thinking and facts
  • WMS / SAP user experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory at the NURI DC and deliver accurate inventory reports to relevant teams
  • Forecast B2C demand, including operations during peak periods (such as digital events)
  • Share various reports with relevant teams, including GEO, on productivity and KPI performance (weekly and monthly)
  • Manage vendor registration, contract management, and monthly invoice payments
  • Oversee B2C Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) and delivery lead time management
  • Follow up on GEO/Global initiatives and internal projects
  • Manage the operations and performance of 3PL and B2C carriers
  • Ensure product readiness at the distribution center for both B2B and B2C channels while maintaining healthy inventory levels
