Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Lead Data Analyst, responsibilities include exploring data, technologies, and mathematical techniques to derive business insights, working with cross-functional teams like Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing to identify opportunities and build advanced capabilities, developing data and metrics to support key business strategies, and leveraging in-store analytic data to measure the impact of promotions and store changes on guest experience and purchase decisions. The role also involves leading an agile team, participating in ceremonies and meetings, and continuously upskilling through formal training, peer groups, and self-directed education to stay current with industry technologies.
