Position Overview:

An opportunity exists for an experienced sales professional in the Laboratory Products area of Thermo Fisher Scientific, specifically supporting Laboratory Consumables. This territory is based in Los Angeles.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Achieve assigned territory revenue goals by purposefully pursuing sales opportunities with current and potential customers.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and proactively cultivate strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with and train channel partners to develop and close sales opportunities.
  • Promote new business potential by offering Thermo Fisher Scientific's products and collaborating with colleagues for company success.
  • Participate in assigned corporate and focus account initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Life Sciences, STEM, or Business preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the laboratory or relevant industry.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Travel: Required travel < 10% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range (California): $52,600.00 – $78,850.00
  • Variable Compensation: Eligible for a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
