The Key Account Manager will manage the Smucker’s Frozen Handheld, Spreads, & Coffee portfolio at Family Dollar & Dollar Tree, responsible for delivering sales, trade spending, and profit targets. This includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, leading negotiations, and overseeing daily business activities such as item setup, merchandising, logistics, and inventory management through accurate forecasting. The role involves analyzing the retail environment for growth opportunities, collaborating on annual business planning and merchandising strategies, managing trade budgets, and assessing sales performance to develop actionable plans. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales and profit drivers by partnering with finance and sales analytics teams, applying syndicated and retailer data to optimize trade strategies, and forecasting sales for production planning. Additionally, the manager will champion the business planning process, develop strategic partnerships, and participate in key projects to drive company success.
